- How do we know if you will dispatch goods after receiving payment? This is exactly most of the customers worried about. Usually, after we receive your payment, we will dispatch goods in the first time and give you the express TRACKING NO. You can know exactly the arrival of your goods.
- How to know & to pay the freight charges? We will help you to find the lowest freight express and offer two types of payments: a. Pay the goods money together with the freight charges; b. Give us your valid pre-paid account.
- How could I distinguish between original and non-original projector lamps? As you choose, we can supply thousands of lamp models. Of course, we promise to offer the 100% genuine lamps. Our non-original lamps include compatible lamp with original reflector & original burner, original reflector & compatible burner, compatible reflector & original burner etc.
- How could I know the goods you send are those I want? After we confirm the order, we will send the detailed pictures for your reference. Pictures include marking, the burner, the color of reflector, the whole lamp and the packaging and so on.
